How KarrarTec handles information processed through PharmaDesks.

Information we process
We process account and contact details, pharmacy and branch settings, team records, inventory, supplier, customer, sales, purchase, receipt and activity-log data that an authorised user enters into the service. We also process routine technical data necessary to secure and operate the service, such as session and audit information.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure PharmaDesks, authenticate users, operate pharmacy workflows, create records and reports requested by users, provide support, investigate misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell pharmacy business data.
Your pharmacy data
The pharmacy organisation controls the business data entered into its workspace. It is responsible for deciding which team members receive access, for the accuracy of entries and for obtaining any permissions required for customer or patient-related information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Records are retained while an account is active and afterwards as needed for backups, dispute resolution, legal obligations or the documented retention settings of the service.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use carefully selected infrastructure, hosting, email and support providers to operate the service. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect people or the service, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
Your choices and contact
Account owners can update organisation and team information in the workspace. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion enquiries, contact support@pharmadesks.com. We may need to verify the request and coordinate with the relevant pharmacy owner before acting.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product or applicable requirements evolve. A revised effective date will be published on this page.
